RE Connnect oneCard provides your tenants the easiest, most convenient and more secure way to keep on top of their payments. They can choose from a full suite of payment options to pay rent almost anywhere, anytime and any way they like. It not only streamlines your rent collection, it assists you eliminate manual receipting and unidentified payments, reduces your bank transaction fees, tenant enquires, data entry, chasing arrears and general banking.

How does RE Connect oneCard work?

1. Tenants register by phone or internet to receive a RE Connect oneCard with a unique number
2. Tenants make their payments by phone, internet/our app, automatic direct debit, BPAY, or POSTbillpay in-person.
3. RE Connect oneCard transfers the payments from the tenant accounts, consolidates the proceeds and makes a a single batch deposit into your trust account.
4. RE Connect oneCard reconciles the payment details for integration with your property management system to enable automatic receipting with no data entry.

How do I register for your service?

Simply call us on 1300 302 060 or emails us your enquiry on enquiries@reconnect.com.au and we will take care of the registration for you.

How can tenants register?

There are 3 ways to register.

1. Tenant Self-Registration via the secure reconnect website for tenants
2. Tenant Self- Registration by speaking to one of our friendly operators
4. Manual Registration by filling in a tenant registration form and submitting it to their property manager for registration. The registration form can be processed by the agent or submitted to our admin team on enquiries@reconnect.com.au.
